Product Description

"Bend glass tempering furnace Model (double working standations) is for producing bending tempered glass.

The system consists of the following:

Loading Table with conveyor and driven system;
Electric Heating Furnace with heating power balance and auxiliary convective heating system;
Bend Quench Section with conveyor and driven system ;
Unloading Table with conveyor and driven system ;
Centrifugal Blowers & Air Duct and controlling System for quenching and cooling down the glass;
Electrical & Program Control System;
Pneumatic control system (excluding air compressor)

Tempering glass thickness : 3.2 - 12 mm
Maximum Glass size : 1,830 (Straight) x 800 (curve) mm
Min glass size: 200 x 350 (curve) mm
Min. Radius : 1000 mm (the mechanisim is able to bend until 500mm Min, however, for tempering 3.2mm automobile glass, suggested radius is no less than 1000mm)
Productivity: 35 Loads per hour for 4 mm (glass size 1,830mm / straight x 800mm/ curve, double batch)
