"The machine is the supporting equipment, which is used in the post process of tempered glass manufacturing. It can have the glass not homogenized in internal stress self-exploded. Thus can avoid unsafe factors of tempered glass .The machine can open at both side, it is double side open design. There are one 5meter long glass loading trolley and one 5layers lamination trolley. The machine is made according to the standard of EN14179-1:2005 and DIN18516-4.

Technical parameters:

The tempering glass heat soak furnaces JZ-2500/5000 is made as the EN standard which is strengthen safety of glasses. Adopting solid state relay. The computer can record and control the parameters intelligently. Temperature control mode is auto completed by electronic control system, which based on PLC and Kingview. The temperature and the result can be record and print automatically each time. The air circulating system is made up by 12 blowers. There is one more blower used to control the cooling rate. There are 24 thermocouples in the heat furnace body, can monitor temperature on surface of glasses from every area. There are also 6 thermocouples on the top of the furnace, they can monitor temperature in the 12 areas. The computer can display the status.
